Las Palmas began with a simple promise: Mexican food made from scratch and served like you’re family. In Stafford we’ve dressed that promise up for the evening — a menu that travels from the Sinaloa coast to the parrilla, sauces built by hand and a dining room meant for lingering.
Start with a bright, chile-laced aguachile or a skillet of Rattlesnake Fries. Share a molcajete bubbling with ranchera sauce. Save room for flan.
